Return & Refund Policy

At FitSleeps, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help. Please review the return process and associated policies below.

90-Day Return Policy You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) + 90-Day Return Policy If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. Submit your withdrawal request via your account or order status page, or by emailing support@fitsleeps.com. You'll receive a confirmation email. After withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Pre-ordered products are subject to the same return rights as regular products for EU customers.

In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, EU customers also benefit from our 90-day return policy under the same conditions as all other customers.

Common Reasons for Returns and Solutions

Defects / Manufacturing Errors / Quality Issues — Free replacement. Does Not Fit (wrong size/color) — Return or exchange. Shipping cost at customer's expense, unless EU withdrawal applies. Changed Your Mind — Return within 90 days. Shipping cost at customer's expense, unless EU withdrawal applies. Package Damaged on Arrival — Send photos + description to support@fitsleeps.com within 5 days. Free replacement. Second defect = full refund. Incorrect Shipping Information — Contact us immediately for correction. Other — Contact us, we'll work it out.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact support@fitsleeps.com within 90 days of delivery (EU customers: within 14 days for withdrawal). Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will confirm if your return is accepted and provide the correct return address.
  3. Securely package the product(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories.
  4. After your return is approved, send the package to the specified return address within 5 working days and share the tracking number with us.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days via your original payment method.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service before being sent. After the return is accepted, you will be requested to fill in the form on our website and ship the parcel back to one of the following addresses (depending on your location):

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
  • Sale items are not eligible for return, except for EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal

Klarna Purchases For orders placed via Klarna, a specific merchant protection policy applies: returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be unopened/unused. For Klarna returns, we provide free postage and a full refund within 14 days. Restocking fees or credit exchanges do not apply to Klarna transactions.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 14 days. Bank/card processing times may add extra delay. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@fitsleeps.com.
